Our highly experienced Justice consultants assist with the ICT implementation to suit the needs of our client. We daily invest in the domain knowledge of our people, resulting in a strong team with multi-year expertise within Belgian Justice. Currently, a team of more than 100 professionals with different profiles is ready to support the 10.000+ end users. We are daily committed to help with functional and technical analysis, building new application functionality and deliver implementation consultans and helpdesk agents who have knowledge of the processes within Justice.
Just start working
The ambition on the level of user experience is high: ‘you can dive in and start working immediately’. JustOne requires limited to no training at all. Delivering a system for such a huge amount of users requires specific approach to UX/UI.
Technical expertise
JustOne evolves at a steady pace. We envision a modern composable architecture, which is an approach to building our software systems with flexible, reusable components.
All relevant applications required by a magistrate are linked to JustOne. External databases such as the GGB (Common Database on Terrorism, Extremism and Radicalization Process) can also be accessed through JustOne. The intention is to make access to all possible authentic -and other- data sources available through standardised integrations.
As of 2020, an optimised JustOne is gradualy rolled out, ensuring easy-to-use applications, integrated in one solution suite for Justice. We are targeting a total of 10.000 users after the full rollout and will then process 85% of all cases within the judicial order.
We expanded our product capabilities with a front-office application JustProtect, a portal that we developed in the context of the Central Register of Protection of Persons and which is accessible to citizens, lawyers, associates of lawyers, representatives of institutions and employees of the Justice Department. The application acts as an eLoket and exchange platform between the court, the person to be protected and all parties involved in the proceedings.
We act today as a primary facilitator among and between the various stakeholders in the digital evolution of Justice by working out new opportunities and designing and proposing innovative products. The focus is on the 3 core tasks of judicial transformation : technological innovation, adaptation to changed processes and advanced digitalization. In this way, we contribute to the digital transition of Justice ... a process that unites technology with the legal community aiming to simplify and automate judicial activity.
